# 介词（preposition 简写prep.）

又称作前置词，`表示`名词、代词等与句中其它词的`关系`，在句中不能单独作句子成分。

介词可以分为: `时间介词`、`地点介词`、`方式介词`、`原因介词`、`数量介词`和`其他介词`。

> 简单介词

in，on，with，by，for，at，about，under，of，to等。

(to为介词，意为“习惯(做)……”，后接名词，代词或动名词形式)

> 合成介词

into，within，throughout，inside，outside，without等

> 短语介词

一个或两个简单介词和一个或几个其他词类构成一个短语，作用相当于一个介词，这就叫做短语介词。这类介词的末尾总是一个简单介词。

> 常用介词

* in: 在...里面、包含在内
    * in time 及时。指没有迟到,时间还充裕(例如：在7点之前来)
    * in the morning/at noon 在上午/在晚上
    * call in + sth (拜访某地)
* on: 接触、长在某给地方、传播、进入某种状态、在...上面
    * on time 准点(例如：在7点踩点到)
    * on a friday morning 指定的具体时间点（具体化了）
    * call on + sb (on 接触，主要是加人，拜访某人)
    * go on 继续（一个接一个 - 接触）
    * on holiday 进行假期的状态
    * one on one 一对一（例如：家教）
    * depend on 依靠
    * Don't be too hard on me. 别对我太苛刻（上对下的压力，接触）
    * She turned me on.   她让我来电、很心动
* off: 脱离、断开
    * She turned me off.  她让我断电、很恶心
    * offspring  春天冒出、弹出新芽（出生、脱离母体） - 子孙后代
    * off-road  越野的（脱离道路）
    * Lay off 下岗（把你放倒）
    * Knock off 下班（敲钟打卡）
    * break off 打断
    * call off  取消
    * carry off 带走
    * give off  脱离本地，发出（太阳发出光芒）
    * show off 炫耀（拿出来展示）
    * pay off 还清、还完（完全脱离）
    * offbeat 脱离节奏 => 指脱离正常的规律的人or事 奇葩、奇闻趣事
* above: 在...上面(更多表示没有接触)
* under: 在...下面
* in front of: 在...前面
* behind: 在...后面
* beside: 在...旁边(或附近)
* between: 在...中间
* toward: 趋向于(一个跨越的过程)
