Consider looking into unifying all these calls to QSettings to one place rather than duplicated so many times...

Previously we attempted to create a history directory using the current Timestamp. However, the default text version of a Timestamp in Ruby contains characters not permitted for directory names on Windows. This script therefore silently failed and the logs were never cleared between application launches. We now sanitise the new folder name replacing any non-valid characters with underscores. The logs are now correctly cleared on Windows.

Also, make note arg a MIDI arg - so it can accept MIDI names such as :e4 Comment out undocumented args - these can be re-added when documented (including validations) in a future version to extend the functionality of this FX :-)

Using stylesheets to set the font size of the cue and log panes inhibited the zooming shortcuts from working. This is because we set the font size in the global stylesheet selector * { font-size: medium; } We have now removed this, set the font size in all the appropriate selectors explicitly and set the font size of the log to an appropriate size on creation. Shortcuts for zooming the cue and log now work again :-)

Specify the size of images in the html sections in 'dx' (dpi scaled pixels) and scale these values based on the monitor DPI when generating the info widget. This is a similar trick to that used for scaling values in the stylesheets. The scaling mechanism (a naive search and replace) should ideally be generalised and used by the stylesheet scaling too.
