- Add a note about running OpenShot with an uninstalled libopenshot
  by setting PYTHONPATH.
- Replace space-indented code blocks with fenced blocks, and
  mark as `sh` code to enable syntax highlighting.
- Remove `$` prompts from shell code to make copy-pastable.

Adding new images for hw-accel dropdowns (preferences and export), integrating these images into the dialogs, and removing any videocodec from the Export dialog which is not supported by libopenshot.

Update README.md - Adding Travis-ci build status badge, additional info linking to our GitHub Wiki, and updating instructions.

The previous link ( http://www.openshotusers.com/help/en/ ) leads to a vaguely-shady-looking placeholder page.

Updated copyright to 2016, Improved Credits dialog with websites for developers and translator credits (based on which language is loaded). Fixed a bug on the JS timeline, where certain properties were not being applied (like FPS changes). Replaced Ubuntu-L font with Ubuntu-R font. Updated README and AUTHORS.

Refactored openshot folder to src folder. Improved copyright notice on primary python files. Added root files, README, AUTHORS, COPY, etc...
