Kubernetes-specific technical terms have not been translated.

A minor translation issue that was introduced in a previous PR, which was
spotted after the PR was already merged has also been
corrected: "Network Policies" should *not* have been translated
as it's a Kubernetes-specific technical term.

To make go-restful as go module compatible, bump it from v2 to v3.

But v3.3.0 or later have issue that breaks http response body,
if the response has boolean value.
So use v3.2.0 for now.

Use of the pipeline is complicated and requires different commands for sh and PowerShell. Simplify using jsonpath.

Use new functions instead of deprecated functions in angular/core/testing.
* TestBed.get -> TestBed.inject
* async -> waitForAsync
