Fix overlay toolbar bug and streamline toolbar experience

1. Previously when you open a menu (e.g., delete resource) the actionbar
would hide. Now this is fixed.
2. Started using official material style on toolbars. This means less
our code.

Frontend for deployment list and workloads

This looks much like a compy&paste (which is mostly true), but that's
the plan. I want to implement the list pages now and then extract common
patterns, if any.

Refactor backend and extract globally used methods to common packages

Refactor endpoints and generify selectors matching backend

Add: flag.CommandLine.Parse at start for glog initialization

Backend for generic delete code

Refactor services backend

Now it parses kubeconfig files when present

Try running `./dist/amd64/dashboard`. It should get info from your
kubectl file and use it.

With this we'll be able to do generic stuff, e.g., deletion or YAML
edition.

Frontend for pods list and workloads section

After this is merged I'll be working on "commonization" of things.

This includes a huge refactor to extract pod list common code from RC
deatails to a separate directory. With this, though, it can be reused in
lots of places (e.g., in Daemon Sets).
