Workarround for the issue931. Not solve the issue but implement correctly the --disable-<plugin> option for all plugins

Remove 'glances_' prefix from filenames.

Disable CPU, MEM, SWAP and LOAD done. Had to change the glances_curses module to compute the QL size

A setter method always takes a parameter and does not return a value.

Rename 'set_stats_snmp' method to 'get_stats_snmp'.

Don't redefine built-ins. Unless it's wanted.

Empty sets evaluate to False.

Clean up import order.
